Cycle Nation Freight on Behalf Terms – Our parcels are always sent on a “signature only” service for your safety. If you opt to have an ATL (Authority to Leave), any loss is at the sole risk of the Owner and Cycle Nation and Post Haste are not liable. Cycle Nation uses an overnight service to North Island and Two-day service for South Island, rural and outerlying residential areas will take longer.
When Goods are shipped via Post Haste Couriers, there is a maximum claim for Damage or loss of $2000.00NZD, any claim above this amount will not be accepted by Post Haste and the Owner of the goods will need to claim through their personal insurance company. All costs involved in the insurance claim process, including but not limited to insurance excess, is the sole responisibiity of the Owner. Any Damage or Loss claim made to Post Haste is the responsibiilty of the Owner, including any paperwork deadlines.
